My name is Olivier Coquillo. I was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I have a wonderful family. I came to the US in 2004, right after I graduated from High School. I spent two years in Florida, then I transferred to a school in New York from which I received both my Bachelor and Master’s Degree in civil engineering. I currently live in California, in the San Francisco Bay Area (since Jan 13).

I’ve been having a lot of thoughts about the person I am becoming. A lot of interesting things are happening in my life right now, and I’m very grateful. I started to blog because I wanted to share my thoughts with others. I try to be as honest as I can, but I also keep in mind that I’m learning a lot about myself as I’m blogging. I will mostly blog about self-improvement topics, since this is mainly what I am going through. My words are not necessarily the truth; they are my truth at the moment. I look forward to receiving feedback from the large community at wordpress.
